The game includes:

Rules of the game: First, choose the drink each player will consume during the game. The game consists of 88 cards for each player, divided into four different colors depending on the intensity of the test. These cards must be used according to the color sequence on the game board. The man uses the cards labeled "MAN SILHOUETTE," and the woman uses the cards labeled "WOMAN SILHOUETTE."

Once the test indicated on the chosen card is completed, the card must be placed at the bottom of the deck. The various items included with the game must be used if the test requires it. During the game, and in all trials in which items of clothing are removed, these are always chosen by the opponent and must be visible items (e.g., it is not permissible to choose underwear if the pants or skirt have not been previously removed).

If you fall into the box with the drawing of a glass, you must take a sip of your drink, kiss your partner, and immediately take a card to move on to the next test. If the player forgets to kiss their partner and the other player reminds them, the one who fell into the box loses a piece of clothing previously chosen by their rival. If the two players fall on the same space, they must kiss immediately, but the last one to do so loses a piece of clothing, always chosen by their partner.

On cards that display XXX, the hourglass (60 seconds) must be used to time the indicated test. Once everything is ready, the hourglass is flipped over and the test begins. To enter the Kama Sutra position spaces, no exact number on the dice is required. Once one player has reached these spaces, they can simply wait for the other player to arrive and begin together.

In the boxes containing the drawings of the Kama Sutra positions (divided into two columns), each player must go through their own position. The drawing shows the sexual position each player must assume to make love with their partner. Each position must be performed using the hourglass. Once the time runs out, each player rolls again to perform the next position. The player who decides to continue after the time runs out or who reaches orgasm first is the loser.

Start of the game: Both players roll the dice, and the player with the highest number goes first. In case of a tie, the player who removes a piece of clothing first goes first. The player who goes first moves forward as many spaces as the dice show, starting from the starting space indicated by an arrow and advancing clockwise.
