How do you use it?

Intimichic is very easy to use and place. The most important thing is that you are relaxed and find the most comfortable position for insertion and removal.

The following steps are:

1. Make sure your hands are completely clean
2. Sterilize the INTIMICHIC CUP in boiling water for 3 minutes.
3. Apply the INTIMICHIC CLEANER sterilizer and let the cup dry.
4. Apply some water-based lubricant before inserting for the first time to make insertion easier.
5. It is recommended to find the most comfortable position for easy insertion.
6. Hold the cup with your fingers and squeeze it to the lowest possible position, then insert it diagonally downward into the vagina. A vaginal cap is placed deeper than a tampon.
7. After inserting it into the vagina, release it and let it unfold, it will automatically adapt to the vaginal wall.

Removal is very easy: pull on the bottom sleeve and it will automatically remove gently to empty the contents.
